Ingredients
These are the ingredients for five cookies.
Dry ingredients (can be measured together in same bowl)
- 200g Oats (Whole Preferred)
- 2½1/2 (~80-90g) Scoops Protein Powder
- ~20g/5tsp Chia Seeds
- ~20g/5tsp Ground Almond
- 50g Chocolate (Optional)
Other Ingredients
- 60g Sultanas
- 100g Honey
- 100g Butter/Lard
- 100ml Warm Water
Instructions

Heat up the mixture
Add the Sultanas, Honey, and Butter to a pan.
Put the pan on a low-medium heat, and stir occassionally until the butter and honey is liquified.

Combine the dry ingredients
In a bowl add the Oats, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds, and Almond Powder.
Mix to combined.

(Optional) Add the Chocolate
Smash some chocolate to oblivion, or use choc. chips.
Add the chocolate into the dry ingredients.

Combine all the ingredients
Create a well in the dry ingredients bowl, and pour in the heated mixture.
Mix well to combined.

Slam 'em in the oven
Seperate the mixture into 5 equally sized balls/piles on the baking tray.
Press each ball down lightly with the back of the spoon.
Put in the oven for around 7 minutes, at 180°C
