Ingredients
These are the ingredients for four small torillas
- 100g Flour
- 2g Coarse Salt
- 2g Baking Powder
- 18g Melted Butter, or 18g oil/melted lard
- 60ml(/g) Warm Water
Instructions

Combine the dry ingredients
~ 30seconds-1min
Add the flour, salt, and baking powder to a bowl.
Mix to combined.

Mix in the wets
~ 1min
Melt the butter/lard.
Create a well in the centre of the dry mix, and pour in the butter, and warm water.
Mix the liquids in the well from the bottom up until it is all combined, and a dough is formed.

Knead, seperate, and rest
~ 25min
Knead the dough, first in the bowl, then on a lightly floured surface.
Divide the dough into four equal portions, and coat lightly with flour.
Leave the doughballs to rest for 20mins to an hour, in a warm area.

Make them 'tillas
~ 5mins
Bring your pan to a medium heat.
Roll each of the balls out into a circle, approx 6-7inches.
When the pan is hot, add each tortilla to the pan one at a time.
Cook one side for ~45s-1m, flip and cook the other for ~15-30seconds.
